Wear gloves before use. The disinfection tub should be thoroughly pre-cleaned with Actoclean® Flüssig and clear water to remove residues of other chemicals, especially aldehydes. Use the dosing pump to prepare the solution. The water temperature should not exceed 25°C. The recommended working solution is 3% (30 ml of concentrate in 1 L of water). Disassemble instruments after use, place them into the solution and wait for 15 minutes. Make sure that all surfaces and cavities are covered. After disinfection, remove instruments out of the solution, rinse thoroughly with water and dry them. The effectiveness of an unloaded solution is given up for 15 days. Check efficacy with test stripes. If premature contamination occurs, replace the solution. For instrument care, Acto® Oil Spray SF and Actoton® M are recommended.
Actosed® Endo Terra can be used for disinfecting and cleaning medical equipment, MI-surgical equipment, endoscopes, anesthetic materials, heat resistant and non-heat resistant materials in instrument disinfecting baths, ultrasonic machines and endoscope washing maschines. The product is compatible with endoscopes from Wolf, Storz, Fuji, Pentax and Olympus. Working solutions of Actosed® Endo Terra can be used for up to 15 days. The efficacy should be checked with test stripes.
